Refund and Returns Policy

Our 7 days return policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You also need to upload the image of product while stating the reason for returning. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Defective Products

If any product is found defective in the package, contact the customer support right away through email at ‘info@artistnme.com‘ or update the return status from your account on www.artistnme.com. Please also click the photographs of the defective product and upload with stating the reason for return. We will arrange a pick up from your place and upon receiving the product, we will inspect it and make sure that it is exchanged and delivered to you in pristine condition or a full refund will be made as per terms and conditions.

Please note that the exchange of products is subjected to the availability of the products at the time of returning the product.

Please note: in case of a defective product received at your end, you must notify www.artistnme.com within 24-48 hours.

Refund Policy

We offer all our customers an easy return policy. If you’ve received a
wrong or damaged product, you can initiate a return within 24 hours of
receiving your order in call or in e-mail. Partial returns are also
accepted, allowing you to request returns for specific products within
your order.

1. Contact us at

your order to initiate the return. Share your order ID, E-mail and an
image of the products you wish to return. For damaged or missing items,
an unboxing video is mandatory, with the shipping label clearly visible.

2. No return, refund, or replacement requests will be entertained if the
original product seal is tampered.

3. We’ll schedule a return pick-up within 2-4 business days and process
the refund once we receive the products in their original packaging with
intact seals, labels, and barcodes.

4. Replacement requests are subject to stock availability. If a
replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds

Refunds for cancellations, returns, and replacements are initiated only
after receiving and verifying the returned products at our warehouse.

1. For Credit/Debit cards or Net Banking payments, the refund will be
processed to the same account within 48 business hours of receiving the
products. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to
reflect in your account.

2. Cash on delivery refunds will be issued in your bank account within
48 business hours of receiving the products and your bank details on
email. Allow an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect
in your account.
3. Customers have a 24-hour window to cancel their order. If they choose
to do so, a 2% fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
